What do I do?

Once your sale gets disputed, we will ask the buyer to provide evidence that they did not receive their purchase.

Once we have received this, we will reach out to you (the seller) via email, and ask you to provide evidence that the item was delivered. You have 24 hours to get back to us from when the email has been sent.

How do I provide evidence?

If you failed to send the tradeoffer in time or marked the tradeoffer as sent by mistake, please let us know so the buyer can be refunded.

If you have sent the correct tradeoffer, please attach a screenshot from your sent tradeoffers or trade history on Steam as a reply to this email.

Failing to get back to us in time will result in a refund being issued to the buyer, and your account may receive a temporary ban from selling.
