Why is my shop offline?

I just returned to GamerPay, and my shop is deactivated. How come?

Your shop can be disabled for a few reasons:

  1. If you do not deliver a sale

  2. If your account has an active tradehold or an active tradeban on Steam

  3. You have not had the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator active for 7 consecutive days

This might sound harsh, we know that. But we do this to ensure that buyers do not get disappointed because they pay for an item you can not deliver πŸ˜”

My shop has been deactivated because I did not deliver a sale:
If you find that your shop has been deactivated and you still want to use GamerPay for selling, you can activate it by visiting 'Sell'. If you received a seller ban, you may wait it out or pay €15 to activate your shop again. Learn more here.

My shop has been deactivated because I have a trade hold:
If your shop has been deactivated due to a trade hold you are welcome to activate your shop again, when your tradehold expires.

I do not have the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator activated:
Please download the Steam app to your mobile phone and activate Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator. Once 7 days have passed, you can trade with users instantly, and sell on GamerPay.

It typically takes 7-15 days for a tradehold to be lifted, while tradebans can take 2-15 days.
