If you have made a purchase on GamerPay that either was canceled or not accepted by the seller in time, you will be refunded the full amount.

The refund will be available immediately in your balance if the purchase was made with your GamerPay wallet.

​If you paid by card, the money will be refunded to your card. The funds should become available in your bank account within 5 business days.
