How do I get verified?

Get verified and receive payouts from your wallet

To get verified, you need to go through our KYC (Know Your Customer) flow.

Don't worry, with this little guide, you will get going in no time! πŸš€

We recommend you start the verification process as soon as possible. We need you to KYC if you have made a sale or have money in your Wallet, that you want to spend or withdraw.

We require all users (that have money in their account balance) to KYC. The verification process is being handled by our payment partner Lemonway - the GamerPay cannot accept or reject documents.


ID Validation for adults (+18)

If you are an adult, we will ask you to upload 1 document.
Go to 'ID validation' under 'Profile' and follow the steps.

We kindly need you to upload the following:

  • A valid photo ID (Documents with MRZ lines work best (National ID card, passport, etc.) - see the full list of IDs further down)


ID Validation for minors (+13)

If you are a minor, we will require a bit more information.
Go to 'ID validation' under 'Profile' and follow the steps. You will note that there are 4 things you have to complete.

We kindly need you to upload the following:


Additional information

If you wish to withdraw the balance from your GamerPay wallet, you will have to add a bank account as well.

Go to 'Add bank account' under 'Profile' and follow the steps.

  • A document where the following info is visible:

    • Your bank's logo

    • Your full name

    • Your account details (find a detailed description below)

Accepted document types

Below is a list of all document types that our payment partner Lemonway accepts. Submitting one of the documents below does not guarantee you will be verified - please check the requirements above.

Recommended:

  • Passport

  • National ID card with photo (with MRZ lines if applicable)

  • Driver's license (NOTE: Only approved in Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom, and the USA)

Other IDs:

  • Family record book

    • Personal certificate

    • Marriage certificate

    • Birth certificate

  • Taxation notice less than one year old

  • Residence permit

Proof of Bank

This document/screenshot serves as proof that you are the rightful owner of the bank account to which the money in your wallet will be sent.

We advise you to download a bank account statement, however, you can also take a screenshot of your online banking where the information below is shown:

Proof of Bank (IBAN)

  • Your bank's logo

  • Your full name

  • IBAN Number

Proof of Bank (Denmark)

  • Your bank's logo

  • Your full name

  • Registration and account number

Proof of Bank (SWIFT)

  • Your bank's logo

  • Your full name

  • Account number (and branch/sort code + BIC/SWIFT if possible).
