How Do I Start Selling on GamerPay?

Welcome to GamerPay! Ready to list your items for sale? Here’s a step-by-step guide to get you started. We’ve made selling as simple as possible, with multiple options to suit your needs.

You can watch a quick video here or read below

1. Access the Sell Tab

• Start by navigating to the “Sell” tab at the top of the site.

• On the left-hand side, you’ll see your inventory and items for sale. If you haven’t added anything yet, no worries — we’ll guide you through it!

2. Adding Items to Your Inventory

You have three ways to add items for sale:

Manual Entry:

• Go to Inventory, select the item’s set (e.g., Pokémon), the variation, and input the PSA ID. This method works for individual item uploads.

Image Recognition:

• Use our image recognition feature to simplify the process. Simply upload a photo of your card or collectible, and our system will automatically detect and fill in the details.

• You can even upload multiple items at once, and our system will recognize all of them.

Bulk Upload (CSV):

• If you have a large collection or a shop, you can upload items in bulk using a CSV file. We provide a template that requires only three key fields: PSA ID, item name (e.g., Pokémon name), and set name. Once uploaded, your items will appear in your inventory.

3. Setting Prices and Listing Items for Sale

• Once your items are in your inventory, set a price for each one.

• After setting a price, your item will be listed for sale. You can also allow bargaining (buyers can bid up to 80% of the price) or create a private listing for a specific buyer using a unique link.

4. Managing Your Listings: Insert real Slab image or change Item details

• You can edit or remove listings at any time. Simply return to your inventory, select the item, and make the desired changes.

• Update Slab or listing photo: You can insert a new Slab photo if it's not including your real slab but a place holder image. Simply press "Edit" under Inventory and upload the right photo

• Update Item Details: If Item details for some reason are wrong then you can update the items details in "Inventory" by clicking "edit" and changing to the right input data.

• If an item sells, the funds will be credited to your account balance. You can view your sales history and withdraw your earnings when ready.

5. Customizing Your Shop

• You can personalize your shop page by adding a custom banner or profile image.

• This allows you to create a unique look for your shop, showcasing all the items you have for sale.

That’s it! If you have any further questions or need help, feel free to reach out to our support team.
