What happens when sellers do not deliver trades?

Our goal is to offer the best marketplace experience for in-game items, and to do so we have a seller policy. For sellers that do not deliver, we have implemented a penalty system and a 4-step "ban ladder" system πŸ‘¨β€βš–οΈ

This decreases the likeliness of a trade expiring/being canceled, and also makes sure that other sellers will not have to compete with sellers that are not going to deliver their items πŸ™Œ

The penalty system

Whenever a seller does not deliver, our penalty system will be the first system to kick in.

The penalty system will check if the seller has enough balance on their wallet to cover a 2% penalty. If that is the case, the 2% penalty will be charged from their balance.

If the seller does not have enough balance, the seller will be punished with a ban instead.

The 4-step ban ladder

If a seller does not deliver, and cannot cover a 2% penalty, a selling ban will be applied to their account instead.

The bans are as follows:

1st time a seller does not deliver they get: 2-day ban from selling
2nd time: 1-week ban from selling
3rd time: 1-month ban from selling
4th time: 1-year ban from selling

The seller cannot pay to get unbanned. In case a seller is punished with a ban wrongfully, they can contact support and we will take a look at each specific case πŸ‘¨β€βš–οΈ

NOTE: When you get banned you will only be banned from selling, not buying.
