If you accidentally hit the cancel button on the Steam mobile app, it may be that the trade does not get marked as canceled instantly, but eventually will expire ⏱️

No matter what happens, if it happened by mistake, feel free to contact our support team. If we believe there is a high likelihood the offer was declined/canceled by mistake, we will remove the ban. If that is not the case, you might have to wait for the ban to expire ⏲️

If the original offer has been declined/cancel for any reason, you should not try to accept/make any offers on Steam. Only tradeoffers for sales that can be accessed through the GamerPay website should be accepted by you 🫵
