Since the announcement of CS2, Steam has experienced technical difficulties, with consecutive daily "downtimes" surrounding CS inventories for over a week, causing many trades to fail. Use this guide to get the best experience despite these issues πŸ™

Interact with trades at the right time

We have noticed a pattern of issues with CS inventories, which tend to occur from 13.00 (1 PM) to 00.00 (12 AM) CET. To increase the chances of successful trades, try to interact with trades in the early morning EU time, which tends to be a period without issues πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Ί

You can use services like steamstat.us to check the current status of CS inventories πŸ“

Pay with your GamerPay wallet/balance

We recommend you use the GamerPay wallet (or wallet+card) when you make purchases in periods with instability. If you end up having purchases that fail without a new offer being sent in time, your money will be instantly available in your balance again ⚑

If you pay with your card and a trade expires without a new offer being sent in time, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to arrive in your bank account πŸ’³
Note: If you are unable to send a tradeoffer, we will not charge any money from your card. You can learn more here.
